Take one capsule a day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal results, take in synergy with ""We want rose petal skin"" (blemished skin, combination to oily skin) or with ""We want a unifying booster"" (sensitive skin prone to redness).

Recommended duration: 3 months. Take a break of 1 month between 2 courses of 3 months.
